Job Description
As a Producer at MHK Brokers, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our client base. You will leverage your expertise in insurance sales to cultivate relationships with new clients and deepen partnerships with existing ones. Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities, assess client needs, and recommend tailored insurance solutions that align with their goals and risk profile.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their insurance requirements and financial objectives.
- Present and recommend insurance products and services that best meet clients’ needs.
- Negotiate coverage terms, premiums, and policy conditions on behalf of clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes to insurance products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales, with at least [2] years of experience.
